Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Chocolate
Toast 2 cups almonds on baking sheet in oven at 350 for 10-20 minutes. Add to food processor with 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp sea salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. Blend until butter consistency. Will take several minutes and will need to scrape down the sides frequently. Great served in yogurt for breakfast or added to a smoothie!
Almond Crusted Chicken
Clean chicken breasts and place on parchment paper in baking dish. In a food processor, chop 1 cup almonds, 2 egg white, and 2Tbsp Honey. Spread almond mix over chicken breasts and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Great served over a bed of spinach.
Individually season each piece of fish and wrap in foil, so that you can bake the fish in bulk, but have some variations in flavor. Ideas for seasoning: lemon and pepper; chipotle and lime; mandarin orange - squeeze juices over fish and place slices of fruit in foil packets.
Cook cabbage and ground beef on stovetop. Layer cabbage, ground beef, cheese, and tomato sauce in baking dish. Cabbage simply replaces pasta for the lasagna. Bake in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Chicken Stir Fry
Cut chicken (or meat of choice) and sauté in olive oil. Add vegetables of choice (diced). Optional add-ins: soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, peanut butter. For a little kick, I always warm my olive oil with crushed red pepper flakes.

Campbells Recipe – sauté chicken. Add cream of celery/broccoli/asparagus (pick one) and fresh lemon.
Fat free cottage cheese, greek yogurt, fruit, oats - blend and serve. Great to prep for breakfast the night before.
Chocolate protein, vanilla yogurt, peanut butter, blueberries, pistachios. Chill overnight.
Milk, green tea, or aloe vera juice (2 cups). ½ cup raw oats. 1 scoop protein powder. 1 cup fruit of choice. Blend. Other optional add ins include nut butters and flax seed.
Clean bell peppers. Fill with cooked ground meat of choice and rice. Top with tomato sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until peppers are cooked thoroughly

Sweet Potato Shepherds Pies
Cook ground beef or buffalo. Mix in casserole dish with mashed sweet potato. Season with nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamon. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta of choice. Toss in bowl with can of tuna (large or small depending on servings expected), vegetables of choice, and low fat ranch dressing.
Tuna, Egg Whites, Avocado
Mix a can of tuna with hard boiled egg whites and avocado. Optional hot sauce. Great for low carb days!
